H&C News 'Guest Experience' Round Table

I was delighted to be invited to the first H&C News Guest Experience Round Table yesterday evening at citizenM London Bankside (held in association with Swisscom).  Attendees from hotel groups representing Accor, citizenM, Dorchester Collection, Ibis, Novotel, The Vineyard Group and others engaged in discussions sharing their vast and wide array of experience. Michael Levie, co founder and COO of citizenM Group, presented a brief history of citizenM and looked at openings currently being rolled out in London, New York and Paris.
